RANGER partner Technische Universität Dresden (TUD) participated in the 2018 IEEE BiCMOS and Compound Semiconductor Integrated Circuits and Technology Symposium which was held on 14^th-17^th October 2018 in San Diego, USA

and presented the paper “1.5-54GHz High Dynamic Range LNA and Mixer Combination for a MIMO Radar Application”.
